This system successfully automates the entire spectrum of manual processes within the organization, spanning from initial student interest expression, program applications, invoicing, job offers and applications, to US visa interview documentation, and post-program final surveys.
Accessible to employees, students, and external partners, this online portal consolidates essential information and documentation, facilitating seamless communication among all stakeholders and smoothly integrates with Ayusa’s website, guaranteeing that every form submission creates fresh database entries and promptly alerts the staff to any revisions.
