Lilliewah (Tamara Milanović) gained nationwide recognition in 2011 by advancing as one of the final acts with her brother in the debut season of “Ja imam talenat” and later became a runner-up in the inaugural season of “X Factor” in 2014.

As a leading player in the Serbian market, Ayusa oversees multiple student exchange programs and sought a streamlined approach to manage extensive documentation and communication with nearly 1,000 annual program applicants.
Our solution was to construct an Online Database and CRM Portal using Knack. This system successfully automates the entire spectrum of manual processes within the organization, spanning from initial student interest expression, program applications, invoicing, job offers and applications, to US visa interview documentation, and post-program final surveys.
Accessible to employees, students, and external partners, this online portal consolidates essential information and documentation, facilitating seamless communication among all stakeholders and smoothly integrates with Ayusa’s website, guaranteeing that every form submission creates fresh database entries and promptly alerts the staff to any revisions.

In 2017, I took part in the Work & Travel USA program, facilitated by our sponsor, Intrax. They hosted a contest challenging participants to create the most compelling video portraying the experience of spending a summer in the United States as an international student. My entry emerged victorious in this competition, earning me a selfie drone as the prize.

AYUSA is an organization dedicated to facilitating cultural and educational exchanges for high school and college students. Established in 1989, they have continuously evolved, researching and developing programs for international education, employment, and youth development.
Recognizing the need for a contemporary online presence, we undertook the task of revamping Ayusa’s outdated website. We opted for a modern WordPress-based website to effectively showcase their diverse programs.
Additionally, we introduced “Ayusa Online,” an integrated online database and CRM portal designed to enhance Ayusa’s operational efficiency. This system seamlessly links with Ayusa’s website, ensuring that all submitted forms generate new entries in the database and promptly notify the staff of any updates.

Thammasat Undergraduate Business Challenge (TUBC) is an international business case competition bringing together undergraduate students from leading business schools around the world. The competition is annually hosted in Thailand by the undergraduate students of Thammasat University’s BBA international program.
